I've stayed here before and expected better. The hygiene was concerning, especially with a soiled towel left in the bathroom. Additionally, I found the gym uninviting—damp and musty, making it uncomfortable to use the equipment.

The staff's quick response at 1 a.m. for extra blankets was impressively accommodating. Plus, enjoying takeout dinner in the dining room kept our family of ten organized and connected.

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, with easy access to common areas for seniors. I appreciated the cozy atmosphere and the attention to detail in the decor, making it a pleasant place to relax.

Improve sound insulation in guest rooms for better sleep.

The hotel boasted a friendly staff and a clean guest room, which made for a comfortable stay. However, the thin walls led to noise disturbances, and the inconsistent maintenance, like the moldy smell in one room, was concerning. The breakfast could use improvement as well.

The fitness room door being locked is frustrating!!! A major security issue with the back door not closing properly made me feel unsafe during my stay!!! Outdated room decor and noisy walls detracted from my experience!!!

I enjoyed my stay. The suite was spacious and featured a kitchenette-perfect for family meals. Location was convenient for local attractions. Staff were always friendly and helpful when I needed assistance. Great vibes overall! 😊

Family perfect getaway

This place was a solid choice for our family! The lady at the front desk with the red hair was amazing, super helpful with everything we needed, which made a world of difference. We had a great time at the breakfast buffet played by this young man who managed chaos like a pro. Even during the hectic breakfast rush, he kept things together and made sure everyone got their fill.

It wasn't exactly cheap but somehow still felt acceptable.

Excellent hotel with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and helpful staff. I still remember how they assisted me with printing tickets on my first visit. I look forward to my city trip here again!

we loved our stay at best western! the king suite had a separate living space for the kids, which was perfect for family time. the kitchenette was super convenient, and we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with a good book. the location was great, really easy to explore nearby attractions.
